Cool Video, Gaither Vocal Band

I like to find innovative ways to give to the church every so often. Last month, I decided to give my dad’s church 5 DVD videos from the Gaither Productions to be used to spruce up the services (2 of which we used at the Christmas eve service).

Of course, there was no use in them simply sitting in their shrink wrap for days just waiting to be delivered to West Virginia, so I decided to open them and give them a preview. One of the videos was a Gaither Vocal Band special which I had never seen before. Anyway, it was great to watch, and I definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a good inspirational video.

But a few songs on the DVD stood out more than the others, and one in particular called “More than Ever“, with commentary by Gloria Gaither immediately before. Really, the song is not nearly as effective by itself as it is with Gloria’s comments, but you can still get the idea. I guess the best thing about it is that it’s soloed by David Phelps, my favorite singer in the world! Be sure not to miss the third verse!
