Building Wordpress Themes from Scratch

Since I released my first public Wordpress theme yesterday (a modification of Cory Miller’s RockinBlue theme), I figure there are going to be a lot of new visitors on this site for that reason.

Building themes (or websites in general) has been one of the most rewarding experiences in my tech career (my day job and my blog job).  I really do just love sitting behind a screen full of text and going at it.

If you feel like you have a similar passion (designing/coding Wordpress themes), you can follow any number of tutorials on the Internet.  In my experience, none is really any better than the other…until now.

A while back, I mentioned this guy doing an insane challenge…releasing 1 unique Wordpress theme every day for 32 days in a row.  Well, he accomplished his goal and has some of the best stuff I’ve ever seen (he’s obviously has me beat in the imagination department).  After a few freelance jobs due to the massive publicity he received due to his challenge, he began a tutorial series on how to custom code a Wordpress theme from scratch.  This is both a simple and comprehensive tutorial series and I’m thoroughly enjoying it.  If you’re interested in learning how to code your own themes, you NEED to read this tutorial.

Hi! Need advice. There is no one else to ask. My credit is bad (very bad) and I am eager to apply for a card. And I have found two variants for me at one website: secured credit cards and unsecured cards for bad credit. I’d like to make the right choice therefore I am searching for advice or experience. And hope that you answer me as soon as possible.

bad credit guaranteed
