"I’m pretty sure I’m going to the National Conference on Christian Apologetics. And yes, I will be blogging it :-) If you’re going, let me know! I want to meet you!"

Be sure to bring up Duns Scotus and get excommunicated. If it's run by Calvinists that is the sure result. Also be sure to mention that Sonny thinks the entire Christian method of strong evidentialism in apologetics is asanine, and needs rethinking, use Creationism and the Doctrine of the Resurrection as your case in point. The Church has no effective Doctrine of Creation, or any effective Doctrine of Soteriology either. But I'm being redundant now aren't I?

"Did you know that C.H. Spurgeon was a drinker and a smoker? Indeed he was. He did give up both toward the end of his life due to failing health, but he made it clear, even from the pulpit, that he thought neither was a sin. Interesting, huh?"

Beer was a drink offering to the Lord. Look it up in your Strong's. If the Lord likes to blow the froth off a few while watching the Colts, who am I to argue? And the New Heavens and New Earth will flow with beer and wine in a Paradise Restored. I hope they have Busch, it's my brand. (my condition precludes me from drinking more than a half a can or so at a time, so I'm not too much of a drunkard)

"I don’t want to give too much commentary on the whole Rush Limbaugh thing, but as a listener of his, I find the reaction of the media to be inexcusably disgraceful and deceptive. Not to mention the senators’ behavior. It’s a shame really."

I move that we shoot all the Democrat Congress and start over again. What do you say? )you probably think I'm kidding, too LOL)

Thanks for the mention, Nathan! We had fun doing it. My post got more hits... not that it was a competition or anything...

Grand Central looks interesting. How do you like it?
